I had to share this!

Morgan, my daughter and I went through this massive process of finding just the right pumpkin so we could make our first Jack-o-Lantern.

We searched and searched…

Very Serious Business

After hours of searching we finally settled on this one glorious perfectly shaped pumpkin.

But when it came time to carve the pumpkin we had run out of time so I promised we would do it the next day.

So I am walking to a meeting the next day and I happen to pass a magic store in Plano, TX called “Queen of Hearts”. This place has been in this same location since I moved to Texas in 1986!

Anyway, I just happen to look in the window and I see this very cool Jack-o-LAntern.

I ran to my meeting and as soon as the meeting was over I went in and sure enough they actually sold these kits.

So I purchased one.

That night Morgan and I sit down to make this Jack-o-Lantern and I bust out all the parts and she dies laughing… why?

Cause all I had purchased was a Mr. Potatoe head without the potatoe.

Well and it’s a she and is technically an angel.

So here it is the BEST Jack-o-Lantern I have ever made.

The best part…

Morgan named it Buford the Pumpkin Angel
