Mark Sherwood has spent the last 25 years training and teaching countless numbers of people in health and fitness. As is the case with most of our clients Mark was unaware of all the possibilities that lay before him as an expert. When we first spoke with Mark he was traveling internationally educating children on all matters of health. Physically, emotionally and spiritually. Mark has spoken to thousands and thousands of children and teenagers in our public schools. Mark was looking to create a company that could increase the benefits of health to children and adults internationally.
At the time of our first conversations Mark had created the name 4E Fitness representing Forever Fitness as well as the 4 pillars of health.
Aside from this MArk was in need of a strategy that would result in deploying his dream… internationally!
As we began to learn more about our new client we discovered a very deep story and a drive unparalleled with any of our clients before.
We began to structure his own “multi prong” strategy with the full purpose for all of these methods to converge at one moment thus creating the momentum needed to project internationally.
While we knew we needed a product or in this case what we call a core product we also outlined another four products that would be released in waves. Accompanying these products was a speaking platform with a book.
However strategies without resources are of little value. Simultaneously Damian consulted with Mark in many one on one sessions in what he calls “Resource Mining”. The purpose of this exercise is to categorically discover the countless resources we all have access to. While most believe they require resources such as investment and capital many of our clients are able to align themselves with their resources to accomplish their goals in a quicker and wiser method.
As it turned out to be Damian attended the very first meeting with potential distributors and strategic partners along side Mark now president and founder of 4E. Mark received an order from a major distributor 2 1/2 months before even producing his first product!
Though we cannot guarantee such success with all clients we can point to our track record of such.
Damian believes that this success is a direct reflection of proper alignment of passions and resources. MArk has began an amazing journey in which he has required Damian and Riot Lounge to continually consult.
